Customers who buy online enjoy the same warranties and attentions as those reserved for traditional customers. All our products are accompained by the proper certificate of warranty and authenticity and, in the case of gold jewellery and diamonds, by the certificate of purity-grading of the stones and weight of the gold used, issued directly by us. Every item, before being shipped, is strictly inspected and checked.

Absolutely. Purchases made on our web site, like all distance purchases by telephone or mail, since they take place outside our business establishments, are protected by Legislative Decree no. 206/05, which provides for the possibility for the end consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. He/she may exercise this right within a period of 14 working days from the receipt of the goods: it consists in the right of returning the purchased item to the supplier without any fine or penalty and without specifying the reason, with the relevant refund of the purchase price.
