Terms and Shipping
The contract entered into between Gioielleria Grande and the customer shall be deemed to have been concluded upon even partial acceptance by Gioielleria Grande.
Acceptance shall be deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated to the customer.
By placing an order, the customer declares that he/she has read all the instructions given to him/her during the purchase procedure and that he/she fully accepts the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
The customer warrants that the data communicated to Gioielleria Grande. for the execution of the registration and the eventual purchase are true and correct.
If the customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of Art.50 et seq. D.lgs206/2005 on distance selling.
It is excluded any right of the customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
METHOD OF PURCHASE
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of products published by Gioielleria Grande must be understood to include VAT.
Published product prices cancel and replace previous prices and are subject to the actual availability of the products.
Gioielleria Grande reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of the products published on its website, at the time of confirmation of the customer’s order.
Any special offers promoted by Gioielleria Grande are valid while stocks last and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the relevant products. The special offers proposed by Gioielleria Grande cannot be combined with other current initiatives.
It is understood that the images of the product sheets may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the picture.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Gioielleria Grande by an email response, invites to an email address provided by the customer.
This confirmation message will contain the “date and time of execution” and a “unique code” of the order, to be used in any further communication with Jewelers Grande The message re-proposes all the data entered by the customer, who agrees to verify their correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, in the manner described in this document.
In the case of non-acceptance of the order Gioielleria Grande guarantees timely notification to the customer.
Gioielleria Grande reserves the right to cancel orders deemed unreliable without prior notice. In this circumstance, if the customer has made the payment and it is already credited, Gioielleria Grande will immediately cancel the total amount of the order.
All purchase orders for products sent to Gioielleria Grande must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit Card: In cases of purchasing merchandise with credit card payment method, the transaction will take place through the secure server Nexi Pay.
At no time during the purchase process is Gioielleria Grande able to know the buyer’s credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure, encrypted connection directly to the Nexi Pay site handling the transaction. No computer file of Gioielleria Grande will retain such data. Under no circumstances, therefore, can Gioielleria Grande be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased.
Bank Transfer: In case of payment by Bank Transfer in advance, the shipment of what was ordered takes place only when the actual crediting on the c / c of Gioielleria Grande, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled.The reason for the bank transfer must include the identification of the order, which is issued in the order confirmation email.

Paypal
In the event that the consumer intends to make payment through Paypal, he may use the PayPal payment procedure, which is suitable to ensure the confidentiality of data provided by customers. For any information and further Legal Agreements the Customer is referred to www.paypal.com.
REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER
In case of orders not processed due to lack of product or canceled orders, Jewelers Grande will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product through the transfer procedure of the amount charged to Paypal bank account or by Bank Transfer within 14 working days. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to provide their bank details in a timely manner. Orders may be canceled no later than 14 days from the date of execution.
All purchase orders for products sent to Gioielleria Grande must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered.Each order for products transmitted to Gioielleria Grande constitutes a contractual proposal by the customer and, therefore, will be binding on Gioielleria Grande only if confirmed by it for acceptance. Fulfillment of the order by Gioielleria Grande shall be equivalent to confirmation and acceptance thereof. Gioielleria Grande reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not duly completed.
In the event of non-execution of the order by Gioielleria Grande (if the same is due to unavailability of products ordered by the customer) will as soon as possible to inform the customer, refunding any sums already paid by the latter in respect of the unfulfilled supply. In this case, the customer will not be entitled to any refund or indemnity or compensation of any kind.
SHIPPING METHODS
Deliveries are normally made by courier throughout Italy.Shipping costs vary depending on the volumetric weight of the order and will still be calculated when ordering. *Over 150 € of expenditure, shipments are free, except for some particularly bulky or heavy items. Gioielleria Grande reserves the right to apply a shipping charge in the event of packaging with special sizes and weights. The conditions of sale reported in this document refer to shipments within the Italian territory.
For sales with shipping to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, San Marino, smaller islands and other countries, the buyer should contact Gioielleria Grande.
We also ship throughout Europe including Switzerland upon request.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order shall prevail. No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.Delivery times are calculated from the receipt of payment: immediate if made by credit card, variable if made by bank transfer. Delivery times vary depending on the type of products purchased. The delivery terms provided by Gioielleria Grande are in accordance with furniture and design stores, which do not store goods in their warehouses. These terms, while carefully considered, are to be understood as not binding on Gioielleria Grande, which may subsequently confirm or modify them, depending on its actual availability and/or needs. Any delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, nor to claim compensation or indemnity of any kind. The courier does not deliver to the floor. Delivery will be made to the side of the road. In the case of difficult locations upon arrival of the vehicle please notify Gioielleria Grande in advance, otherwise the courier will unload in the first useful and convenient place to unload. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet however altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping) Any damage to the packaging must be immediately challenged, putting the WRITTEN RESERVE OF CONTROL on the courier’s proof of delivery.
Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer may not object to any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, in the manner provided herein. Gioielleria Grande has the right to make the delivery of products (even relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries subject, in this case, a single charge to the customer by way of transport costs.Special conditions and terms must be agreed in advance between the customer and Gioielleria Grande and accepted in writing by Gioielleria Grande.
WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE
For consumers, i.e. those who purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or entrepreneurial activity, Legislative Decree February 2, 2002, No. 24 – art. 1519-bis et seq. c.c. will apply (two years under the conditions of the law.).
For other purchasers, who usually buy with VAT registration, the legal warranties in Articles 1490 et seq. c.c. will apply (one year under the conditions of the law.).
Gioielleria Grande guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects covered by the Gioielleria Grande warranty must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 8 days from the date of delivery. In case of operation of the guarantee Gioielleria Grande, the customer will be entitled only to the replacement of damaged products upon return of the same, being excluded the right of the customer to compensation for any damage, even further.
Shipping costs in the event of replacement of products for any defects shall be borne by Fine Jewelry. Without prejudice to cases of willful misconduct or negligence on the part of Gioielleria Grande, it is agreed as of now that, should it be established that Gioielleria Grande is liable for any reason whatsoever to the customer – including the case of total or partial non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed by Gioielleria Grande towards the customer as a result of the execution of an order – the liability of Gioielleria Grande shall not exceed the price of the products purchased by the customer and for which the dispute arose. However, Gioielleria Grande does not give on products made by third parties any guarantee additional to that given by the individual manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty work on the latter products are carried out, where provided, by the individual manufacturers, according to the terms and procedures set out in the documentation attached to the products themselves.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, the customer (if he/she qualifies as a consumer under Article 1 letter b) has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products ordered without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the products.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article (art.5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n.185) must be exercised by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the address: Gioielleria Grande, Viale Parioli 104, 00197 Rome RM within 14 working days of receipt of the products, or, by contacting customer service at [email protected] specifying order number and then following all the instructions that will be sent for the return of the goods.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Gioielleria Grande.
The customer may return the product at his or her own expense to the following address:

Should the customer wish to exchange the returned item for another one, transportation costs will be charged in this case.
No cash-on-delivery packages will be accepted.
Once the products have been received (and their integrity verified) Gioielleria Grande will, as soon as possible, within 30 working days of receipt of the goods, credit the customer with the cost of the returned products (as indicated on the invoice), withholding, where necessary, the amount of shipping costs, which will remain definitively borne by the customer.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article (art.5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1000 n.185) cannot be exercised by the customer in the event that the products purchased have been used (or damaged) by the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the customer who purchases with VAT number.
Finally, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
– Purchase of custom packaged or personalized products at the customer’s request.
Gioielleria Grande is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Gioielleria Grande will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging him the shipping costs.
